Founding partner pricing, and why we are being straight with you

Sansal serves students directly today, and students from engineering colleges across India already prepare on the platform. We are now opening institutional partnerships. Early partners get founding-partner pricing, direct influence over the roadmap, and a free pilot, and that is exactly why you should weight the pilot heavily rather than take our word for anything on this page.

Two portals from day one

One for your students, one for your placement team. Everything listed below works today and we can demonstrate it on a call — the placement portal runs on real student data, not a preview. What is not built yet is listed just as plainly in the questions at the bottom of this page.

Student Portal

Where your students practise — and where their readiness score comes from.

  • AI mock interviewsLive

Technical, HR, behavioural and resume-based interviews by voice — with webcam, live transcript, per-question timer and instant scoring.

  • Coding & DSA practiceLive

In-browser editor with real execution in C, C++, Java, Python and JavaScript against sample and hidden test cases.

  • Proctored aptitude testsLive

Timed general, CSE and logical reasoning assessments — 10 to 50 questions, with full answer explanations.

  • Resume builder + reviewLive

Multiple templates with PDF export, and the resume feeds directly into resume-based interview questions.

  • Placement-readiness scoreLive

A 0–100 score per student from interviews, aptitude, coding and profile completeness. Updates continuously.

  • Feedback that is actionableLive

Every attempt produces a question-by-question report with a five-axis skills breakdown and specific next steps.

  • Daily drill card & attendanceLive

The student opens the portal and sees exactly what is outstanding today, their attendance percentage and their streak.

  • Institutional test seriesLive

Proctored aptitude series scheduled by your placement cell, with rank, percentile and a section-wise breakdown after results are published. Coding series are on the roadmap.

TPO / Management Portal

Where your placement team sees the batch, not just individuals.

  • Batch readiness at a glanceLive

Aggregate score distribution for the cohort — not a wall of names.

  • Attendance register & defaultersLive

Daily, weekly and cumulative attendance from the drill, with a defaulter list you can act on in week two.

  • Branch, batch, section & semester filtersLive

Cut every figure by CSE 2027, ECE 2028, or by section — and by semester 6, 7 or 8.

  • Weak-area rankingLive

The topics your cohort is failing most, ranked, so training is targeted rather than general.

  • Drill configurationLive

Set the daily targets, the semesters covered, working days and holidays — from your own academic calendar.

  • Bulk onboardingLive

Upload a CSV of your student list, or let students self-enrol with an institution code.

  • Staff accounts & permissionsLive

Your Principal or TPO invites faculty, sets each one’s branches or sections, and ticks their individual permissions.

  • Audit logLive

Every permission change, target change and attendance correction — who did it, and when.

  • Exports for reviewLive

CSV and PDF exports for the placement committee and management review.

The Daily Placement Drill

Practice that marks attendance — so your placement cell knows in week two, not week twenty.

Most platforms a college buys fail the same way: 200 students log in during the first week, 40 are still using it in month three, and nobody finds out until the recruiters arrive. The software was never the problem — consistency was. So your placement cell sets a daily requirement, and the platform marks attendance from work students actually did.

A typical configuration

  • Aptitude sets5 per day
  • Coding problem solved1 per day
  • AI mock interview1 per week

Every one of these numbers is yours to set — along with the semesters covered, working days, holidays and the cut-off time, taken from your own academic calendar. Default coverage is semesters 6, 7 and 8.

How attendance is marked

  • Present — Completed the full daily requirement
  • Partial — Completed at least 60% of it
  • Absent — Completed less than 60%
  • Exempt — Approved leave, or a holiday on your calendar

No faculty member takes a register. The mark comes from verified activity, scored on our servers — a student cannot fabricate a result from their browser.

To be clear about what this is. Drill attendance is a record of practice activity on the platform. It is not academic or university attendance, and we make no claim that it satisfies any AICTE, UGC or affiliating-university requirement. Many colleges adopt it internally or combine it with academic attendance — that decision is yours, and we will make sure your students understand exactly what is being recorded.

Five levels of access, controlled by you

One portal. Everyone sees their own scope — and your Principal decides who sees what, not us.

Institution Admin

Principal / Director

The whole institution. Owns every staff account, role and permission.

TPO / Placement Head

Placement cell

The whole institution. Runs the roster, sets the drill, creates test series, exports reports.

HOD

Head of Department

Their branch only — readiness, attendance, weak areas, faculty assignment.

Faculty / Class Mentor

Subject faculty, mentors

Their assigned sections only — daily register, weak topics, student drill-down.

Student

Your students

Their own drill, attendance, streak, series and reports.

Your Principal or TPO invites each faculty member, assigns the branches or sections they are responsible for, and ticks their individual permissions — a class mentor can be allowed to correct attendance but not to see student phone numbers. No support ticket to us, no waiting. Every permission change is recorded with who made it and when.

How the free pilot works

Six weeks, up to 100 students, no purchase order.

Week 0

Kick-off call

We agree the cohort, your branch and batch structure, and a decision date at the end.

Week 1

Onboarding

We bulk-upload your student list, configure the TPO dashboard and run two training sessions.

Week 2-5

Students practise

Unlimited interviews, coding and aptitude. Your placement team watches readiness move in the dashboard.

Week 6

Batch Readiness Report

A written report — aggregate and branch-wise readiness, weakest topics ranked. You decide after reading it.

Institutional pricing

Per student, per academic year. The pilot costs nothing and decides the rest.

Parent notification and ERP/LMS integration are scoped separately after a requirements session with your IT team. All figures exclude GST at 18%.

What one student licence includes

Per student, per academic year. We publish these numbers rather than say “unlimited” and settle it later.

The 40-interview entitlement pairs with a drill target of one interview per week. Students draw from the annual pool flexibly — someone with three real interviews next week can take three mock interviews this week. Your placement cell sees live consumption with an alert at 80%. Beyond 40, additional interviews are ₹25 each, or the cohort moves to an unlimited plan at ₹1,100 per student per year.

Questions placement teams ask

Because you should judge the platform on your own students’ results, not on a slide deck. Six weeks with a real cohort tells you more than any demo. We ask for one thing in return: a review meeting at the end and a decision date.

Talk to us before your next placement season

A 20-minute call is usually enough to know whether this fits your campus.
