Know which students are placement ready. Before the company comes.

You should judge us on your own students, not on a slide deck. Two weeks with a real batch tells you more than any demo. We ask for two things back: a review meeting at the end, and a decision date.

Three weeks after the agreement is signed. The pilot can start sooner, usually a week after the first call.

Keep your trainer. The trainer teaches in class. Sansal gives students daily practice between classes, and shows your placement cell whether the practice is actually happening.

No. Your dashboard shows your college only. No other college sees your students, and you do not see theirs.

We have a documented API. Single sign-on and an ERP or LMS link are quoted separately, after a meeting with your IT team or your vendor.

They keep everything. A college code moves their existing account into your batch. Nothing they have practised is lost.

Yes. Create a drive with eligibility rules, registration and resume upload, then add rounds: MCQ, coding, and AI technical and HR interviews. You can change pass or fail by hand and share the report as a link or PDF.

No, and we will not pretend it is. It records practice on Sansal. On its own it does not meet any university, AICTE or UGC requirement. Some colleges still use it internally, or add it to academic attendance. That is your decision, and we will make sure your students know exactly what is recorded.

You do. Your Principal or TPO sets the targets, the semesters, the working days, the holidays, the cut-off time and the minimum attendance, from your own academic calendar. We do not force a default on your campus. Every change is logged with the name of the person who made it.

Only if you allow it. Each staff login is limited to certain sections, one branch, or the whole college, with a tick-list of permissions. A mentor can be allowed to correct attendance but not to see phone numbers. Your admin sets this in your own dashboard, without asking us.

Up to unlimited. Our plans differ in how many AI interviews a student can take in a year, and we go through them with you on the call. Your placement cell can see each student’s usage, and nothing extra is charged without your approval. Most students cross a readiness score of 75 within 6 to 12 interviews.

Any of them, 1 to 8. You choose. Most colleges start at semester 6, where placement training usually sits. Some start earlier and keep targets light for juniors, to build the habit over three years instead of one.

Three things. Better you read them now than find out in week four.

• —There is no separate project viva. Resume interviews do question students on their projects.
• —There is no separate English test. Speaking and fluency are scored inside every interview.
• —Notices and alerts reach students in the app and by email, but not by SMS or WhatsApp yet.

All three are on our list, and free if they arrive during your licence term.

Not by changing the score. Every test is marked on our servers against the stored answer key, so what the browser reports does not count. What no software can stop on its own is a student looking things up, or asking a friend, during an unsupervised test.

Our advice, which we give every college: run anything that matters in a supervised lab, and read unsupervised scores as practice, not as an exam result.
