Session availability depends on expert schedules and platform capacity. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to technical issues, safety concerns, or operational requirements. Users must join sessions on time. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

For paid features and expert sessions, pricing is clearly displayed before purchase. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and specific service terms. Contact support for refund requests within 48 hours of the session.

• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data

• Do not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

Sansal AI may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google Authentication, payment processors). Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

The Sansal AI platform, including its name, logo, design, code, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission. User-generated content remains your property.

Sansal AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sansal AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Sansal AI after changes constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or security concerns. You may delete your account at any time.
